The noise from the airport could be heard ALL NIGHT LONG! This was extremely annoying as it continually woke my two children.
We paid the additional money for the upgrade and were disappointed that all we could see was the Luxor next door and the airport. When we finally checked in - lines can get quite long - we were asked if we wanted to be upgraded to the newer section of the hotel which has better views of the strip. This was really unfortunate as two of the people in my family suffer from asthma - so it was really overwhelming to be constantly surrounded by smoke. As soon as we walked into the hotel all you could smell was cigarette smoke. We were so excited to stay here - I mean, it looks like you are staying in a really funky castle.
